The Supervisor of Image Services will oversee employees who perform various functions required to ensure timely and accurate indexing of servicing documents and provide oversight of all auditing functions within the department. *This will be for the shift hours of 7:30am-4:30pm
Essential Functions
• Has full supervisory responsibility for a team
• Ensure client Service Level Agreement standards for imaging and indexing of files are met
• Communicate professionally and accurately with the client
• Establish or modify current procedures to ensure accountability of all department functions
• Report to management both team performance metrics and resolution of client related issues
• Oversee initial and continuous training of employees; set and communicate goals
Supervision Received or Extended
• Supervises daily work activities of a functional area
• Typically provides direct supervision to non-exempt employees
• Selects and coaches talent; holds employees accountable for results
• Receives assignments in the form of objectives with goals and the process by which to meet goals
• Work is reviewed in terms of meeting department, product or project objectives and schedules
Knowledge and Skills/Technology Used
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Microsoft Outlook/Excel – Intermediate Level
• Must be able to regularly lift 35lbs without assistance for spans of time
• Successful track record of executing day to day operational responsibilities, along with participating in, developing and completing projects in area of expertise
• Able to implement and enforce processes to ensure compliance and quality
• Provides others with reliable information and uses good listening skills
Typical Education
• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Typical Range of Experience
• 3-5 years of directly related experience
• 2+ years demonstrated experience in a lead or supervisory role
