Responsibilities
The Regional Marketing Coordinator provides general marketing and communications support to the assigned region, market and local office to further growth objectives, local brand awareness and strategic relationships in the regional marketplace.
Essential Functions:
• Support leadership in developing and implementing local marketing strategies and messaging.
• Support region/market/local representatives in effective communication with local media and community contacts.
• Write news releases and other relevant communications materials, in coordination with Firm Marketing.
• Monitor regional media placements and other metrics.
• Coordinate and track all local sponsorship involvement.
• Help establish, develop and oversee local strategic community relations initiatives.
• Assist with local internal communication initiatives, including contribution to regional intranet section (Compass).
• Assist with client pursuits in preparation of presentations, pitchbooks and proposals.
• Maintain regional databases in CRM for clients, prospects, referral sources, etc.
• Utilize Marketo for any potential digital marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate, plan and execute various local firm events, including but not limited to, CPE seminars, networking socials, partner promotion celebrations, etc., as well as relevant marketing and promotion of such events.
• Coordinate implementation of firm-wide marketing initiatives at local level.
• Assist in local marketing efforts internally through local DHG IMPACT committee.
• Coordinate with Firm Marketing and Office Marketing Assistant(s) as appropriate.

• Contribute to the growth of the region (i.e., assigned practice unit) by building brand awareness, promoting internal culture and assisting in the sales process.
• Consistently demonstrate high quality in work and relationships.
• Consistently demonstrate and reinforce the values of our firm as identified in our Code of Conduct.
Working Conditions:
• Involves work in the firm’s regional office(s) and attendance at off-site meetings and events. Work off-site may require the use of personal car.
• Some overtime may be required as needed throughout the year.
Qualifications
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strategic and creative thinker
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to work closely and effectively with all levels of management with a high degree of professionalism
• Knowledge of local media and business community preferable
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in marketing, communications, public relations or related field
• Manager level requires minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing, communications and/or public relations within a corporate or agency environment
• Experience with professional services firm preferable
