Responsibilities
We are seeking a Healthcare Senior Recruiter who has the recruiting and business experience to be a trusted advisor to our current and prospective clients. This person must be able to work closely with executive and upper level management of clients that range from small healthcare organizations to large health systems. Responsibilities:
• Work to identify top accounts, target skill sets, key market segments, and to assess clients’ recruiting requirements.
• Call prospective clients and establish customer needs, hiring cycles, and initiate client relationships
• Ability to research and recruit individuals for financial or operational healthcare roles with clients
• Evaluate candidates’ strengths compared with clients’ requirements by evaluating, screening, and interviewing the candidate.
• Negotiate compensation and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for job requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and to develop an organized plan of processing and follow through.
• Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
• Must be able to manage competing demands, while being extremely adaptable, flexible and professional
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Must be able to intrinsically motivated to perform to optimal standards while delivering top notch service in every experience
• Must be able to present and interact with senior leaders

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field required
• 3 - 6 years of experience using various sourcing techniques to build a pipeline of candidates required
• 3 - 6 years of experience using various screening methods to identify skill and experience match, as well as cultural fit required
• 3 - 6 years of Healthcare / Hospital recruitment experience recruiting all levels (staff, leadership and clinical) required
• Active involvement in industry groups required
• Established relationships with healthcare organizations preferred
