Job Summary
Managers within Crowe’s Operational Transaction Advisory group provide specialized expertise in leading our clients through the analysis and execution of complex initiatives tied to the transaction lifecycle (due diligence and post-closing execution). Our teams are typically small, which means every member is responsible for delivering insight, recommendations, and team leadership as part of their role, including, at times, filling key management roles at our clients.
Essential skills & responsibilities
• Great candidates for this unique position will have the desire and ability to:
• Work in transaction environments, helping our clients to analyze and execute on key investment theses across multiple functional areas
• Design and lead Project/Program Management Offices (PMO) for large and distributed (geographically and functionally) project teams across a variety of complex initiatives
• Work in a client facing role, engaging with business and IT teams to uncover solutions and execute on strategy
• Apply analysis and problem solving to structure unclear information and issues into insights and action
• Communicate professionally, including creation of executive-level deliverables to support client decision makers
• Deliver in a highly visible role on-site at our clients, across the US and possibly internationally
• The successful candidate will be highly adaptable, assertive, and open to new challenges in a fast-paced environment. This person will have significant independence to define and deliver the work required to make our clients successful. Advanced skills in analysis and written and verbal communication are critical, as this role will require significant executive-level interaction.

Qualifications
Qualifications
• 5+ years of relevant experience, including implementing operational changes
• 3+ years of experience leading or participating in M&A lifecycle (due diligence and integration/carve-outs)
• 1+ years in business process modeling, process design and optimization preferred
• Displayed excellence in managing a variety of complex programs
• Understanding of manufacturing and supply chain concepts preferred
• Willingness to travel extensively (including internationally), 80-100% at times
• Bachelors Degree
• Outstanding communication skills as evidenced by ability to articulate complex technical concepts and business impacts to diverse audiences, including executives
• The ideal candidate will be based in Chicago, Indianapolis, or Atlanta, but other locations will be considered

Advisory Services (AS) provides transaction support, bankruptcy and restructuring advisory, valuation, corporate finance advisory, litigation and dispute resolution consulting and forensic investigation services. AS provides strategic vision and training to Crowe Global Corporate Advisors (GCA), comprised of corporate finance professionals from independent Crowe Global member firms. AS team members collaborate with other Crowe practices on solutions for a broad range industries from financial institutions to manufacturing and beyond.
