Job Description
The Campaign Operations Manager is a newly created role responsible for executing against strategic marketing objectives reporting into the AVP of Audience Management & Personalization. The Manager will create automated campaigns which include building logic for audience selection, rendering content in email, supporting production deployments, and contributing to team initiatives. This position is at the forefront of executing and automating our customer journeys to our active customer base and sits in the broader Client Insights & Analytics team. This collective team plays an integral role in shaping client and shareholder strategy for OFI’s Distribution & Marketing organization.
• Design, develop, and execute behavioral and transactional Adobe Campaign workflows
• Create dynamic and personalized email content forms using HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Apply standard campaign methodology and best practices
• Work closely with fellow team members and key business stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of strategic campaigns
• Manage business rule application in Adobe Campaign through typology rules and database schema updates
• Support overall adoption, operation and expansion of Adobe Campaign and suite of products
• Design and implement email workflows and templates in Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other distributed Marketing tools
• Conduct ongoing A/B testing to improve email performance related to subject lines, email copy, and CTAs
• Report on email metrics, make recommendations regarding future target
Qualifications
• College degree, in Marketing, computer science, math, or engineering, with 7 years of customer-facing experience in an technical operations/execution role
• Fluency in marketing automation platforms such as Adobe Campaign, IBM Unica, Eloqua
• Good communication skills along with skills for documentation and scoping, defining and managing work
• Ability to work well under pressure, thinking quickly and delivering to deadlines
• Understand B2B and B2C marketing and lead management
• Ability to design and code in HTML for responsive emails and corresponding landing pages (Adobe Photoshop a plus)
• Good knowledge of CSS and JavaScript
• Track and analyze marketing campaigns; use data to form insights and test hypotheses, with learnings to produce best practices for conversion (working knowledge of Tableau a plus)
• Knowledge of DMP’s and/ or CDP’s (e.g. Adobe Audience Manager, BlueKai, Krux, Aggregate Knowledge, etc.) a plus.
