Responsibilities: Provide quality and courteous service to employees and other team members that we work within the organization.Work with payroll team to process bi-weekly payroll by entering exception pay data, auditing entry and making corrections as neededWork with HR Direct on producing any manual checks that are needed for employees.Work with payroll team to resolve any questions and issues that are sent to the Payroll Americas box.Work with legal department providing any payroll related support documents as needed.Work with payroll team on special projects, as needed Requirements: Successful candidate will possess a College Degree ( preferred) with 3-5 years of payroll experience.Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills.Must be highly motivated self-starter with the ability to excel in a fast paced customer service oriented environment.Strong attention to detail and accuracy is required.Ability to work well with others and meet deadlines.PeopleSoft 8.0 or greater experience.Multi-state payroll experience in a 10,000 employee payroll
