Job Summary
The Financial Analyst performs finance and accounting activities for facility management services in support of our client. The key duties for this position include preparation of budgets/forecasts, financial reporting and analysis functions for both JLL and the client.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to excel in a fast-paced and customer service-oriented environment. Excellent communication and advanced Excel skills are required in this position.
What this job involves:
• Review and update budget assumptions through monthly variance analysis and forecasts.
• Work closely with facility management team to track actual expenditure against the budget.
• Identify and assist management in the implementation of process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, JLL Internal Audit and Client Accounting Services internal review standards.
• Special projects and other functions as required by manager or client.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in finance or a related analytical field
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively in team environment
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and drive projects to completion
• Willingness to take on new challenges, responsibilities and assignments
• Willingness to support process improvement initiatives
