Position Overview
Our Global Human Resources department is hiring a Compensation Partner to join the Global Total Rewards Team. The Compensation Partner is a key contributor on the Total Rewards Team who administers and manages compensation programs to ensure pay is competitive, equitable, and aligned with the LM Total Rewards philosophy. The Compensation Partner is responsible for analysis, implementation and ongoing administration of compensation programs. This position consults with leaders across the company regarding pay decisions and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participates in compensation plan design
• Performs competitive market and internal equity analysis to ensure pay is competitive and equitable
• Provides compensation consultation and recommendations to HR colleagues (Recruiters, Business Partners, etc.), managers, and stakeholders
• Facilitates and administers annual compensation process
• Completes annual salary survey participation
• Assists with executive compensation process and reporting including annual proxy statement
• Keeps informed of trends in compensation and advises on marketplace and regulatory developments
• Collaborates with Human Resources, Finance, and other internal stakeholders
• Participates in ad hoc projects and analyses as needed
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree OR 4+ years equivalent combination of technical and functional experience
• Demonstrated strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills; ability to successfully perform independent in-depth analysis and present findings
• Strong knowledge of compensation programs and laws including base pay and variable pay highly preferred
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Attentive to detail and follow-up; deadline oriented; very strong ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Flexible and adaptable; able to work effectively in ambiguity
• Must be a team player with the ability to collaborate with and work through others
• Ability to influence at all organizational levels
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Workday experience preferred but not required
• Sales compensation program experience desired
