BPM is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Director to join our fast-paced, entrepreneurial Human Resources team. The Talent Acquisition Director is responsible for managing the talent acquisition life cycle at BPM including requisition approval, draft of job description, placement of posting, identification and interviewing of the most qualified applicants, guidance on the selection of the best candidate and the extension of the offer. This role is also responsible for managing a team of recruiters to ensure they have a clear direction of work priorities, load balancing and removing roadblocks in the hiring process.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role will partner with senior leadership, including Partners, to assess and actively recruit for the talent acquisition needs of BPM’s practice groups. Our ideal candidate is a highly energetic, self-starter with 5-10 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience in a professional services environment.
Responsibilities
• Lead team of recruiters, including experienced full-cycle recruiters and campus recruiter
• Oversee recruitment efforts for all practice groups and offices including Advisory, Assurance, Corporate Services Team and Tax
• Recruit for manager, director and executive level requisitions
• Assist in supervision of campus recruiting program
• Manage relationships with agencies and vendors (e.g. LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc.)
• Work with HR team to create a seamless onboarding process and transition from recruiting to new hire orientation
• Work with firm leadership to ensure requisitions are approved and in line with approved payroll budget
• Liaise with Firm Leadership to ensure recruiting initiatives and goals are in line with Firm
Qualifications
• 5-10 years’ progressive experience working in Talent Acquisition
• Previous management experience required
• Experience working within public accounting, professional services, or recruiting agency environment required
• Prior experience working as a member of Human Resources preferred
• Previous experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems required (e.g. Lever)
