Job Description
Visa is seeking an experienced Sr. Risk Analyst to assist in delivering our operational risk assessment programs. Specifically, the candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative management of the Risk and Control Self-Assessment Program (RCSA) and the Operational Risk Working Group (ORWG). The candidate will collaborate with other team members involved in the overall process and will help to ensure that risks and controls are identified and recorded in a timely manner. The candidate must have an understanding of risks and controls. This position reports to the Senior Director – Operational Risk Assessment Leader within Global Risk Management.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the logistics of the execution of the RCSA assessments
• Monitor for the timely receipt of RCSA assessments from the 1st line of defense
• Review RCSA data for completeness
• Assist in the development of assessment training and presentation materials
• Provide assistance to the 1st line of defense and other stakeholders as needed
• Manage the execution of the Operational Risk Working Group (ORWG) including preparation of meeting materials, taking notes during the meetings and managing follow-up actions.
• Manage the Operational Risk Mailbox
• Maintain assessment document repositories
• Provide support as needed to model risk assessment and new business initiative assessments, as needed.

Qualifications
• 2 – 3 years in risk management; experience in RCSA is a plus
• Bachelors degree
• Ability to prioritize deliverables and projects to meet timelines efficiently
• Ability to adapt to changes quickly
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to effectively communicate both formally and informally
• Experience in payments a plus, but not required
• Strong Microsoft skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
