Manager, Direct Marketing

Role
• Assist with the management of direct marketing campaigns to acquire new accounts on behalf of Mastercard’s customers
• Work with team and manager to generate the desired number of new accounts within the set budget to achieve the required ROI
• Support the development of campaign objectives, marketing plans and strategy, inclusive of target, channel and timing; mail and production matrices (telemarketing and email matrices, and/or integration matrices,timelines
• Obtain support from creative, print production and analytical internal and external resources
• Participate in the creation of a comprehensive campaign results summary and reporting
All About You
• BA or MBA
• Direct mail acquisition campaign experience at a leading US credit card issuer required
• Digital campaign experience; other channels a plus
• Skilled at interpreting analytics and translating insight into action
• Detail oriented
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
• Languages: English, additional languages highly desirable
