JOB SUMMARY
Leads testing and production for e-procurement system releases. Collaborates with lines of business to onboard suppliers into e-procurement system. Performs system maintenance and training applicable to users. Source designated categories and utilize e-procurement system for order process as needed. Responsible for achieving cost savings and avoidances for designated categories. Order expediting and invoice processing for designated categories and programs. Provides customer service to internal customers. Maintains designated items for accuracy and accessibility in e-procurement system. Assists department and performs administrative tasks for members as necessary.
COMPLIANCE STATEMENT
Operates in full compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as applicable regulations and laws, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering requirements. Responsible to report any procedure or process that doesn’t meet regulatory requirements including fraud, whether suspected or confirmed, to management. This reporting can be done directly to any member of management, including Human Resources or Corporate Security, or can be reported through Associated’s anonymous Ethics Hotline.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
-Source designated items with preferred suppliers for best total value
-Provide the highest level of customer service by facilitating appropriate products and services for the entire company.
-Performs special tasks as required (reporting, data entry, due-diligence, meeting coordination, miscellaneous support to team)
-Provides business travel support for colleagues using Concur tool and travel management agency
-Administration of e-procurement system, including management of content maintenance, facilitating upgrades, onboarding customers and suppliers, and ensuring 100% uptime
-Provides appropriate metrics to management
-Monitors supplier performance for designated items
Qualifications
EDUCATION
High School Required
Associate's Degree Business or Supply Management Preferred
EXPERIENCE
4-7 years Procurement & customer service experience Required
2-4 years Software administration experience Preferred
