Reporting to the Recruiting Operations Manager, the purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Recruiting team in the delivery of the highest level of Recruiting service execution to OneMain.
The role will be instrumental in supporting the coordination of candidate/Hiring Manager/Recruiter schedules for complex or multi meet assessments activities, providing administrative support to hiring activities, completing and administering associated new hire paperwork and processes, production of defined reporting / metrics, processing of Recruiting invoices, maintenance of appropriate talent pipeline / preferred supplier / key contact lists, and any other related Recruiting support as required.
The Coordinator has no direct people management responsibility. The Coordinator also does not have direct financial or budget responsibility.
Recruitment Operations
• Partner with Recruiter to effectively and efficiently schedule and coordinate relevant parties for assessment activities (interviews etc), ensuring high quality client/candidate experience is maintained throughout.
• Prepare interview packs as needed.
• Ensure high quality delivery of appropriate offer/post offer/new hire paperwork and processes (Contracts of employment, reference checks, travel expenses etc), according to standard practices.
• Coordinate the pre-employment requirements.
• As directed, provide candidate coordination services, - answer queries, respond to email, provide directions, etc.
• As directed, provide meet and greet / departure escort service as necessary, ensuring a high quality, professional experience.
• On an ad-hoc basis, subject to work volumes, provide administrative support to the Recruiters in executing a campaign – posting advertisements, collating CVs, following up with leaders etc.
• As directed, participate in social media posting in support of campaigns.
• Provide additional support as requested.
Recruiting Team Support
• Oversee and manage responses/allocation of generic email accounts (careers@ONEMAIN.com for example).
• Support in the maintenance of appropriate talent pipeline / preferred supplier lists etc.
• As directed, ensure that the appropriate “Careers@ONEMAIN” intranet pages are up to date, accurate, and well maintained.
• Process and administer invoices as appropriate as relates to Recruiting activity.
Management Information & Reporting
• As directed by the Recruiting Operations Manager, use relevant systems and tools in the production of relevant management information, metrics, talent dashboard relating to Recruiting activity and statistics.
• To provide ad-hoc reporting as required
• To collate and maintain accurate and up to date reporting for all talent activity including but not limited to recruitment of new OneMain team members.
