Description
Experian Automotive is growing! We are in need of Account Managers to manage and grow our relationship with Automotive Dealers across the United States. This role will be assigned a territory of Automotive dealer or dealer group accounts and will be responsible for retaining the current business and expanding the business by selling new products and services for assigned accounts
Key Responsibilities:
• Ongoing proactive client management to ensure client is utilizing our products and obtaining value
• Identify and present to the dealer new opportunities for Experian to help them meet their objectives through Experian product offering
• Manage dealer client requests and coordinate internal resources to ensure client requests are satisfied
• Respond and research cancellation inquires
• Onboarding new dealers that have been sold by Experian Account Executives. Onboarding includes managing process to ensure product is implemented and provide product training
• Sales operations which includes maintaining customer and sales process information in Salesforce.com, collecting testimonials and referrals
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 1 - 3 years of account management or customer service experience
• 2 – 4 years of sales experience with proven success of meeting quota with a large number of customers preferred
• Automotive industry knowledge and experience a plus
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Self-starter, strong personality and ability to network
• Effective presentation skills
• Proficient at Microsoft Office Products
• Ability to travel when needed
