The PWM SPS provides expertise and support for their aligned PWM teams and PWM Clients for all of Fidelity’s Managed Account Offerings, including Fidelity Wealth Management Advisory services. This expertise and support includes expertise in the Financial Markets, Portfolio Construction, Managed Account Capabilities, Wealth and Investment planning integration, Service and Operational support and Risk/Compliance execution.
The PWM SPS has responsibility that their aligned Clients’ end to end Managed Account offering is in good order. The PWM SPS must also coordinate with the broader PWM Client team to ensure that their aligned PWM Clients’ overall experience and relationship is seamlessly supported.
Responsibilities:
SME with a comprehensive understanding of the end to end investment management process
• Extensive depth and expertise on portfolio construction, portfolio positioning and transition clients assets into our managed account capabilities : Both for FWMA and non-FWMA Managed solutions
• Strong/exceptional communication skills in explaining the SAI approach to managing money
• Broad understanding of the capital markets and the ability to translate market action to the impact on asset allocation portfolios.
• Ability to present detailed investment processes and philosophies in front of larger groups including both internal colleagues and external clients.
• Coordinate with the WMA, RM and Client in building and maintaining the Client’s WPQ/GPQ profile information.
• As an Extension to the regional field based team that engages with Fidelity’s most valuable and complex family relationships the PWM SPS will assure that Managed Account Offerings will be effectively integrated into the overall PWM Wealth and Investment Planning process and the PWM Client experience
• Leadership in assuring that there is timely and accurate completion of Client’s Annual Strategic Reviews
• Leadership role in all Managed Account serving including account set-up, money movement and problem resolution.
• Expertise in all elements of Managed Account Risk and Compliance and will ensure that there is proper oversight.
Expertise:
• The breadth and matrixed complexity of this role requires a very high combination of problem solving skills and an understanding for appropriately acting independently versus needed team coordination.
• The breadth of this role is very wide: Investment knowledge across all Fidelity Managed Accounts including Fidelity Wealth Management Advisory; Coordination and integration across a complex PWM Wealth and Investment Planning process; Managed Account Service, Operational, Risk and Compliance responsibilities.
• Although the PWM SPS has end to end responsibility for the PWM Clients Managed Account experience he/she must coordinate and integrate with their aligned WMA who is point on the overall PWM Client relationship, and the broader PWM spoke team to assure a seamless PWM Client experience.
