Supports the Community Association Banc (CAB) and/or Commercial Account Management processes. Ensures efficient and effective customer service by performing a variety of functions as they relate to CAB and/or Commercial Accounts and Account Maintenance. Specializes in knowledge of the core bank system, bank products and general knowledge of the banking industry to accurately open and maintenance a large volume of accounts and to perform a variety of functions within a team environment.Performs routine, detailed and complex incoming research requests and may have direct client contact via telephone and email.
Essential Job Functions:
• Receives and effectively handles sensitive and complex incoming requests utilizing appropriate systems, policies, regulations, procedures and other reference material. Provides customer support and follow-up.
• Provides customer support by accurately completing all related account and account maintenance requests to include, but not limited to, account opening (all types including sweep accounts), account closures, stop payments, address changes/corrections and check orders. Issues cashier's checks when required. Communicates with other bank operational areas on customer related issues to obtain resolution and develops and maintains records of specific issues.
• May monitor Positive Pay file process within designated timeframe to ensure proper notification to Bank Operations.
• May reconcile CAB suspense account, processes E-Payments and chargebacks and provides proper notification on a daily basis. May maintain CAB new account audit log, completes OFAC/PLC checks, submits uploads, and completes 45 day account audit. Assists with establishing existing customer setups to include, but not limited to, adding, deleting, and maintaining accounts.
• Submits necessary supporting documentation for imaging and ensures compliance with banking policies, regulations and regulatory statues.
• Assists in training new Account Management team members and provides cross training when requested. Provides support and works cohesively with internal and external business partners.
• Participates in testing system enhancements.
• Adheres to the department's operations schedule to ensure all team job requirements are completed within the department's service level agreements.
• Complies with all related Federal, State, and Industry laws and regulations pertaining to Banking.
• This position requires extensive or prolonged typing/keyboarding.
• This position requires sitting over 66% of the time.
• This position requires Visual Acuity at 20 inches (or less) over 66% of the time.

The Account Management Specialist II, III level has variable essential functions, qualifications and physical requirements. Competency and skill set will determine level of placement within the posted job family.

• Strong organizational and problem solving skills with the ability to pay attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced growth-oriented environment.
• Good communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external business partners.
• Ability to work overtime when volumes are high to meet business needs and department service level agreements.
