Consultant, Program Manager, Global Customer Care

Global Customer Care delivers a consistent Mastercard brand experience to customers in 186 countries in 67 different languages around the world. Automation makes agility our way of life, simplifying until the experience delivered is frictionless.

We are looking for a seasoned program management professional to join our team and help us build towards our future. Our Program Managers conceptualize, rationalize, and drive projects to deliver engineering work across the portfolio in a scrum execution model. In this role, an understanding of telecommunications, networking, systems integration, API technologies and security solutions is vital.
Role
• Plan and manage a group of automation and enhancement activities in a coordinated way from inception through successful delivery
• Regularly review metrics and proactively seek out new and improved data/mechanisms for visibility ensuring your program stays aligned with organization objectives
• Focus on the customer experience, the build and delivery processes and the problems to be solved
• Align dependent organizations and remove/mitigate all blocking issues
All About You
• Demonstrated ability to operate with independence and autonomy
• Demonstrated experience breaking down problems, organizing work, planning sprints, and delivering technical programs in agile delivery models (scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Enjoys diving deep to understand of the platforms capabilities and underlying technologies
• Proven track record of data driven decision-making and applying continuous improvement methodologies across teams
• Can debate the delivery strategy with business teams, architects, engineers, and designers
• Can communicate to executives, peers, and staff with impact, eloquence, and authenticity
• Demonstrated experience building relationships, partnering with and influencing dependent teams while commanding the respect of the individuals you work with
