Job Summary:
Exciting opportunity to join a leading global financial services group in a strategic role designed to make an impact to our success. You will lead, manage, and deliver recruiting solutions to attract and hire top talent for several corporate functions business units.
Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition & Staffing, the VP, Recruiting Manager leads a team of Recruiters to drive client service delivery, ensure a candidate-focused experience, and promote diversity within talent pools to hire qualified talent to meet organizational needs. Manager also collaborates with HR and business leadership to formulate talent acquisition strategies. Serves as Member of extended Talent Acquisition Leadership Team.
Major Responsibilities:
• Establish and manage relationships with business leaders to understand and forecast recruitment needs and develop/maintain recruitment strategies that align with business objectives.
• Lead and manage a team of Recruiters including performance management, mentoring, training and development, and ensuring performance metrics are achieved to foster a high performance culture.
• Manage full life cycle recruitment for select searches, including all levels of positions, within a line of business. This includes sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers, references, and successful on-boarding of new hires.
• Provide point of contact and information for contingent workforce program office.
• Share industry hiring trends and opportunities with leadership.
• Continuously improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
• Effectively manage and measure candidate and hiring satisfaction.
• Manage relationships with strategic external partners.
• Develop and implement creative sourcing techniques to generate leads and build internal and external talent pools.
• Develop and implement diversity recruitment strategies to ensure effective outcomes and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure optimization of recruitment tools and technologies (i.e., LinkedIn, Taleo, Workday, Avature, etc.)
• Collaborate across Human Resources to ensure seamless and effective candidate and client management.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will typically have a Bachelor's degree, and 10+ years’ experience managing in-house recruitment centers of excellence for large, highly complex, dynamic, and growing organizations. Experience with advanced approaches, tools, and staffing models required.

• Financial Services/Banking recruitment experience is highly preferred.
