To provide quality service to HUB’s larger personal lines clients in addition to family members and other related personal lines clients. This AE will also actively review all client renewals, cancellations, non-pay notices and change requests as assigned. A secondary objective is to achieve new and additional sales targets as requested by management.
Functions and Responsibilities
1. Be proactive in your approach to all client needs.
2. Perform accurate and thorough reviews of client coverage, exposure and pricing. Communicate those recommendations to the client in a timely manner.
3. Solicit additional business from our existing client base and gain referrals to new prospects from this base.
4. Maintain an ongoing working knowledge of all available carriers and products with a goal of maintaining account retention and development.
5. Make calls to companies when problems/questions pertaining to clients arise.
6. Update all renewals in the EPIC system including policy applications and policy billing screen.
7. Process all renewals/change requests/cancellations from various sources including Chubb My Alerts and daily communication logs.
8. Enter all appropriate activities in the EPIC system in conjunction with processing.
9. Send policies to history and make clients inactive, when appropriate.
10. Send letters to clients confirming specific policy activity.
Qualifications:
• College degree or 5+ years experience in similar position or an equivalent combination of both
• Experience in HNW insurance industry setting preferred
• Valid P&C license
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated experience with Word, Excel, E-mail and internet
