We are currently seeking a Services Coordinator to provide general overall facility scheduling and oversite of maintenance and operational services in a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Facility Services
• Perform critical scheduling and coordination of maintenance services in a with manufacturing and area managers for fit and finish work scope
• Perform onboarding activities for vendors performing work in a cGMP environment
• Ensure all service documentation is complaint with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and applicable standard operating procedures
• Participate as a key team member in responses to emergency situations
• Ensure compliance of all regulatory laws and guidelines are met in accordance to their SOP’s as they relate to the work being scheduled
• Responsible for alerting management of any safety concerns.
• Participate and ensure that JLL services and activities are compliant with the client contract
• Attend to critical work and complete closure within the specified time
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Education/training
• High School Diploma or GED
• Bachelor’s degree
Years of relevant experience
• 1-3 years’ relevant experience
Skills and knowledge
• Comprehensive knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) SAP preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills, including a working knowledge of Word, Excel, Maximo, and MS Project
• Knowledge of GXP procedures.
• Knowledge of building systems and equipment reliability.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and drawings, and use maintenance libraries.
• Knowledge of Planning & Scheduling methodologies and Reliability Centered Maintenance programs.
• Knowledge of FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and Root Cause Analysis methodology and investigations.
• Proven record of excellent internal and external customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment and master new skill sets quickly.
◦ Ability to manage multiple operational matters on a daily basis.
Physical work requirements and work conditions
• Must be able to adequately perform required job functions. This includes being able to lift, bend and move in such a way as to perform job tasks in a safe and approved manner.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
