The Sales Operations Analyst works closely with key stakeholders to foster productivity within the sales team, drive process improvement and influence sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor, update and maintain CRM information
• Work closely with sales to remove internal and external barriers during the sales process
• Provide accurate and timely sales analytics and metrics
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of key projects
• Drive CRM process improvement through design and implementation
• Assist in new sales on-boarding and sales force development
• Establish and maintain on-going and effective communication with sales team
• Perform commission validation quarterly
• Manage lead dissemination and follow-up
• Assist in key sales management meetings
• Manage sales governance across the region in line with Group requirements.
• Overseeing the gateway/compliance process
• Update the local sales Regional sales intranet page. Provide CRM training to new hires and ongoing support
• Provide training and Inducting new starters in the sales ops team
• Maintains clear framework for compliance and procedures.
• Encourages innovative ways of working
• Develop process workflows for process development/improvement
