Job Description
Enterprise Commercial Payments Analyst Program
The Payments Analyst Program is part of Key’s Enterprise Commercial Payments (ECP) business which is the fastest growing business segment in KeyBank. ECP encompasses a leading Treasury Management product set across a wide array of industry verticals and client segments. As an analyst, you will develop industry expertise and detailed product knowledge, drive execution of strategic initiatives and have the opportunity to apprentice under senior management.
Job Functions and Competency Overview
Analysts are provided with a holistic view of the ECP line of business and have the opportunity to develop into thought leaders and strategic partners of the organization. Example responsibilities include:
• Product Management: build financial models and sensitivity analyses surrounding potential business opportunities. Support activities related to new and existing products, including business case development and internal socialization decks
• Business Development: partner with Business Development leaders to create customer ROI models, track and manage client pipeline, develop high-quality pitch materials and build growth strategies specific to industry verticals
• Strategic Support: support consulting like engagements related to ECP strategic initiatives through problem solving and thought leadership. Generate high quality research on the competitive environment, Payments industry trends, peer benchmarks, emerging technologies and potential Fintech partnerships
• Data & Analytics: source and data mine internal information using Tableau, SaaS (among other programming languages) to develop insights regarding individual clients and portfolio trends
• Client Experience: support initiatives to assess and improve the KeyBank client experience with responsibilities including customer journey mapping, pain point identification and overall operational process improvement

Additionally, experienced analysts will have opportunities to place in job functions within ECP’s broader business based on relationships developed with senior management, business need, demonstrated skillset, and career interests. Example placement opportunities include Product Management, Business Development, Analytics and Client Experience.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
• 3.3 GPA (preferred)
• Relevant work or internship experience preferred
