Description
Essential Job Functions:
1. Communicate with customers to service their insurance needs.
2. Process policy renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and rewrites.
3. Identify opportunities to offer coverage to clients based on their needs.
4. Handle claim related matters with clients and carriers.
5. Prepare quotations including premium and coverage comparisons.
6. Complete applications and obtain deposit premiums as required.
7. Assist Personal Lines Manager as necessary.
8. Perform other tasks or projects as needed/assigned.
Qualifications
Essential Job Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Property & Casualty Insurance License.
3. 1-2 years experience in an insurance-related customer service role.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
5. Job requires attention to detail and being thorough in completing work tasks.
6. Proficient computer skills including the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
7. Physical ability to sit for long periods of time.
