Job Description Summary
The Lead Marketing Analyst is responsible for the collection, distribution, and publication of financial performance data. Works closely with Compliance, Legal, Distribution, and data vendors to ensure timely and accurate data use. Stays abreast of changes in the financial market and industry to ensure compliance/best practices are followed.
Responsibilities
• Ensure performance data is published to designated marketing material, websites, etc.
• Identify/monitor data sources.
• Work with data vendors (e.g. State Street, Morning Star) to ensure service level agreements are maintained.
• Identify process deficiencies and recommend/implement improvements.
• Provide coaching and guidance to the team.
• May have management responsibilities.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Typically eight years of relevant experience
• Financial background
• Experience managing projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Advanced skills using MS Excel
Preferred Qualifications
• In-depth understanding of investment products
• Strong knowledge of performance data providers
• Experience managing staff
