Job Description
As Sr. Financial Analyst, this role will be responsible for maintaining existing financial and operational reporting, performing various financial analyses, and collaborating with other departments to support planning and forecasting activities. Candidate will be expected to become a subject matter expert for specific departmental needs. Position will reside in Finance, performing complex financial and operational analyses to support short term and long range strategic goals and operating budgets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop complex financial models and perform analytics to support Operations and Finance
• Conduct ROI/Potential Yield analysis on new products, programs and initiatives to support Operations and Corporate
• Prepare various industry and market analysis as well as provide key industry benchmarks and KPI analysis
• Assist with the development and maintenance of complex pricing models
• Assist Operations and Corporate in review and development of targets and annual budgets
• Prepare monthly Zone, Regional and District level financial analyses, based on standardized operational trend reporting
• Provide information to management by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations
• Perform strategic and scenario analysis to determine present and future financial performance
• Provide user support during the annual budget cycle and monthly forecast cycles
• Assist Planning Architect/Administrator with first line trouble-shooting support for Hyperion, differentiating functional issues from technical issues, and working with IT to resolve issues
• Build analytical models that utilize both financial and non-financial data to forecast operating results.
• Conduct comparable analysis as necessary in support of key business metrics and objectives.
• Provide support to key stakeholders across the organization as needed and assigned
• Build and maintain key business relationships with senior leadership throughout our corporate departments

Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or any related field is required
• 7-10 years of experience in financial modeling, planning, budgeting, business analysis and/or accounting activities
• Proficient in Financial modeling
• Experience in business analysis, FP&A, business & product integration, analytics in a corporate (HQ) environment
• Excellent MS Office skills, specifically MS Word and MS Excel; experience with Great Plains, Tableau, R, Python, Cognos, and SAS a plus
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills (verbal, written and listening).
• Ability to switch from complex to routine tasks when required.
• Ability and willingness to learn new skills and take on special projects
• Experience using Hyperion Financial Management, Cognos Financial Performance Management Software, MDX-Solutions or other reporting tools in a large corporate environment.
Bonus Qualifications:
• Experience with SQL, SmartView, Hyperion or Essbase is preferred, but not required
• Experience in Financial Services industry
• MBA, CFA
