Responsibilities
Provide mapping and design focusing on quality improvement, data integrity and transparency, process improvement, integration of new systems with legacies, and long term projects.
Deploy process improvement across the organization in conjunction with suppliers to deliver efficiencies and benefits to internal and external customers.
Responsible for the Architectural business design of company payment operating flows.
Create project work plans.
Communicate progress/outstanding issues and risks.
Document and monitor business processes, business rules, metrics and standard operating procedures as a result of improvement initiatives.
Provide advice to business units via targeted workshops to identify and resolve specific issues that are critically impacting business outcomes and require urgent resolution.
Complete projects requiring data mining, organizational procedures, work flow, and information requirements.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Commerce, Economics,
• Technology or related; and progressive, post-Bachelor's experience is required (5 years following Bachelor's or 3 years with Master's) as a Business Consultant, Analyst, Associate, or related occupation, which must include some experience with: Business process analysis culminating in significant, demonstrable business process improvements;
• Cross functional business line experience to show multi-dimensional capabilities;
• Payments system knowledge to include cards; leading Agile and Waterfall projects in the banking and card sectors;
• Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen; Project Management training, MS Visio, and JIRA.
• Must also be a Certified Scrum Professional (CSP).
