Here’s Where You Come In
We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our growing office. You’ll be answering phones and transferring caller to correct account manager and greeting walk-in clients and visitors. Other tasks include processing overnight mail requests, assisting other departments with various tasks during busy times, and ordering lunch for business meetings.
You’re Great At
Ideally you’ll be well versed in customer service, with excellent verbal and written communications. You should have at least 1 year experience in a professional office environment or an administrative role. Working with Microsoft Office products is a daily occurrence and strong knowledge in these applications will help.
