We are looking for an Administrative Professional for our Government Team, in our Green Bay Office!
This position provides administrative support to assigned leader(s), department(s), and/or team members and provides exceptional customer service to internal and external clients. This position is an integral member of a high-performing team that helps facilitate day-to-day operations of the location/department it supports.
A successful Administrative Professional will carry out the principal accountabilities of the position while supporting the vision and intent of The Schenck Way.
Principal Accountabilities:
• Process client financial statements and other required reports.
• Assist with general office operations. Arrange meeting logistics; track and maintain workflow, monitor task due dates; fulfill duplication requests, respond to telephone/email inquiries and forward messages appropriately.
• Assist with confidential client matters including preparation of billings, maintenance of client files and generation of management reports.
• Share work between other Administrative Professionals to ensure timely responses and completion of priorities.
• Support our intentional culture and be a standard bearer for The Schenck Way with both fellow team members and clients.
• Engage in continual self-development and lifelong learning.
• Contribute positively to a collaborative team environment within and beyond the home office location.
• Provide administrative support to departments and individual leaders
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
• Develop and maintain internal relationships.
• Work as an effective team member to complete project components and assignment tasks.
• While maintaining confidentiality, interact appropriately with existing clients and prepare client correspondence, including engagement letters.
• Provide back-up support to others.
• Continually evaluate current processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness implementing technology/automation, when applicable.
Qualifications:
To perform this position successfully, an individual must demonstrate regular, predictable attendance and be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge and skill required. The individual must be able to successfully pass background checks.
Education/Certification/Licensure:High School Diploma or GED. Two year administrative assistant or related degree strongly preferred.
Experience Required:
2+ years of experience in an administrative professional role.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
◦ Ability to perform administrative duties with minimal supervision.
◦ Ability to type accurately at a fast speed.
◦ Proficient in the use of software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite.
◦ Thorough knowledge of office procedures.
◦ Strong organizational skills.

◦ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
◦ Strong proofreading skills; ability to correct grammatical, punctuation, and spelling errors.
