We are seeking a Risk Management Coordinator to add to our team.
Responsible for Customer Identification Program (“CIP”) verifications, preparing and coordinating document imaging and reporting, processing returned mail, and auditing changes made to credit lines in the system.
• CIP Verifications
• Information provided about customers will be verified using non-documentary methods such as independently verifying the identity of customers through public databases, credit bureaus or commercial databases that collect information from public records, review of customers’ websites or contacting customers directly.
• Auditing updates made to credit lines on a weekly basis.
• Coordinating document preparation and imaging for Credit Committee and Executive Credit Committee meetings.
• Processing returned GA and carrier mail.
• Preparing and coordinating review and risk mitigation reports.
• Responsible for other reporting projects as requested by Management.
Qualifications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• High level of dependability, accountability and follow up skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to perform in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Basic computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe and Internet
Education:
Required: High School Diploma
Preferred: Associates or Bachelors Degree
