Job Summary
The Accounts Payable Supervisor will report directly to the Manager within Client Accounting Services. The position provides direct support for hiring, training and supervising Accounts Payable Specialists within the T&E, Vendor, and Card group. This individual will ensure the timely and accurate processing of travel & expense reimbursements, vendor additions including 1099 processing, the corporate T&E cards, purchasing cards, system enhancements and system issue identification to resolution.
What this job involves:
The position is responsible for directing and managing the staff to provide accurate and timely auditing of travel and expense reimbursements, ensure the integrity of the data in the financial accounting system, making sure that 1099 year-end process is completed timely, vendors being added to all JLL financial systems are compliant, and making sure the company card programs are meeting all deadlines of reconciliation to maintain the Companies rebates. This includes the leadership of the team, hiring, training, assigning and directing the work flow of the staff. In addition, the AP Supervisor is required to establish internal controls and procedures to protect the assets of the Company and determine new controls or procedures that address the growth of the Company. This position interacts on a regular basis with Sr. Leadership and external customers as well as other internal customer departments to integrate solutions that meet the company's goals both financially and operationally. Other responsibilities include monitoring system functionality, identify and document issues, thoroughly test modifications made by IT, assist with creation, training and roll out of additional instances of systems and their upgrades.

• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• 5+ years of T&E auditing experience.
• Demonstrate experience with project management and process improvement.
• Proficiency with Excel, Access, Word, and PeopleSoft.
• Proven systems integration experience including planning, evaluation and implementation.
• A thorough understanding of PeopleSoft T&E or comparable to be able to identify the need for and to create reporting to improve controls and reduce risk.
• Previous experience with data analytics and the ability to understand and mine data to identify exceptions or out of compliance spend.
• Bachelors Degree or Advanced education with some accounting coursework or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in an electronic T&E processing environment preferred.
• Experience in a multi-location company preferred but not required.
• Experience with Corporate Cards preferred.
• Experience with the 1099 process and 1099 Pro Software preferred
