Job Summary:
Position can be located in either Northern NJ or Greater Baltimore area. Will sit with IFM team at client site. Responsible for the delivery of portfolio wide vendor programs, Initiative Management and various other facility management programs per the defined scope of work to a key corporate client:
• Program Management – lead vendor programs to create value and drive savings for client and JLL to ensure vendor program deliveries meet or exceed Client’s expectations and savings targets
• Client Service – act as business partner and ensure client expectations are met and/or exceeded
• Leadership – develop and sustain high quality, well motivated teams of cross functional and geographically diverse members
Responsibilities:
Program Management
• Provide management and leadership direction for the design, development and implementation of facilities related vendor services. (examples: Pest Control, Elevators, Lighting)
• Develop process/ project requirements, plan and implement projects to improve vendor services.
• Drives initiatives to achieve cost savings targets to contribute to the account achieving significant savings using predicative maintenance technology and business intelligence.
• Identify, conduct and evaluate performance trends, analyze data, and determine ROI.
• Coordinate with Sourcing on program procurement and RFP development as related to vendor programs.
• Ensure vendor programs are coordinated with engineering, operations, finance, human resources with the client and Jones Lang LaSalle
• Ensure all assigned programs meet or exceed the Account’s Project Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
• Ensure compliance with all established Policies and Procedures, as well as contractual obligations
• Manage and report on critical & key performance measurements (i.e., savings, projections, spending forecast)
• Provide appropriate periodic reporting and management reports as required
Client Service
• Build successful relationships within the JLL team and other client personnel to promote confidence, forward planning and best practices
• Successfully interact with and influence all levels within Jones Lang LaSalle as well as the Client
Leadership
• Provide leadership and guidance for team members related to managed vendor programs
• Work with Sr. Program Manager on creating an environment conducive to strong teamwork and co-operation among colleagues
• Develop Jones Lang LaSalle brand with client by importing best practices and business intelligence
Qualifications:
• The ideal candidate will possess a B.A./B.S. degree in a related field with an emphasis and/or background in facility management
• Minimum 8+ years’ experience in a medium to large sized company
• Successful candidate must have a collaborative approach to business, strong interpersonal skills and ability to be persuasive
• Must have the ability to interact successfully with multiple levels within an organization
• Comfortable in leading regional teams, dealing with ambiguity and deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to work in decentralized environment and working in a multi-site organization
• Demonstrated ability to gain results through team members without direct management responsibility
• Client and project management experience
• Strong financial/ analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and leadership skills a must
