The Consumer Card SPU, Student Lending & Indirect Lending business is looking for a highly motivated Administrative Assistant to enable higher efficiency within our Product, Systems and Business Development teams. The ideal individual will excel in a fast-paced environment, work autonomously with some independent judgment, have the drive and energy to help problem solve as well as identify opportunities for process and efficiency improvements. The position will support the four leaders of the Director of Consumer Card Services in the Kansas City market.
The general job duties and daily functions include yet are not limited to the following:
1. Management of daily administrative tasks to ensure efficiencies in the business development and product teams
• Maintain breakroom and office supplies
• Maintain Office Equipment - Serve as primary contact for vendors like shredding, Ricoh, Xerox, etc.
• Office common area stewardship
• Managing email distribution lists
• Monitoring of floor badge security access
• Printing documents from imaging system for audits
• Updating Business Resumption information
• Paying bills
• Assist with mail delivery
• Serving as floor warden
• Allocating floor expenses
• Assist with new employee orientation issues
• Act as liaison to Property Services
• Audio/Visual Equipment troubleshooting with IT
• Schedules appointments and travel arrangements
2. Preparation and overall planning of vendor meeting agendas, logistics and productivity
3. Team Building, Collaboration and Celebrating Success Event Planning and Support
4. Sales Support - Procurement and inventory management, lead letters and dimensional mailers, sales lead research and Salesforce data entry, tradeshow logistics, and client event planning & logistics
5. Produce reports on sales, marketing metrics, and incentive tracking
6. Assist with presentation development
7. Indirect Lending Dealer Mgmt. - dealer reserve statements, contracts, marketing material, rate sheets, etc.
Work Hours:
Monday- Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm
Education:
• High School or equivalent; Post-secondary education a plus
Experience/Skills:
• 2+ years’ related experience
• Requires strong verbal and written communication skills, professional demeanor and attire
• Must work energetically, independently, and within a team environment
• Must be a self-motivated problem solver
• Requires high attention to detail and agility
• Familiarity with common office equipment required: technical and PC skills, including proficiency in MS Access and PowerPoint experience
• Proficiency in MS Access and PowerPoint with Advanced skill in Excel, Outlook and Word
