Job Description
Reporting and Modeling Analyst
The Reporting and Modeling Analyst role is responsible for aiding with supporting the enterprise strategy through the development and execution of strategic initiatives and analytics tools. This role will also utilize and integrate various data sources to provide organization leaders understandable and actionable analyses to accomplish specific strategic and business objectives and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
• Support the implementation of the Performance Measurement & Reporting vision and strategy.
• Provide data analysis expertise in support of business units and continuous improvement activities.
• Facilitate projects and initiatives that are small in complexity with minimal guidance.
• Execute daily, weekly and monthly strategic tools accurately and on time ensuring efficient processes are followed and control steps are in place that minimizes risk to the deliverable.
• Identify, enhance, efficiently collect, and consolidate core models and tools.
• Facilitate problem resolution for any metrics and is the focal point for coordination with metrics support within business units and directly to operational managers.
• Ensure quality and integrity of the operational source and financial data that feeds strategic tools.
• Provide ongoing support of the daily and monthly Service Company dashboard and reporting activities.
• Interface with areas of technology, operations and business partners.
• Project management responsibilities for development and execution of small projects.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in Business or Technology
• 3 years data analysis experience
• 3 years of experience leading and assisting team-based projects
• 3 years of strong analytical and problem-solving experience
• 3 years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
