Role Description
• Drives performance management process for the firm on global basis
◦ Ensures we have relevant and consistent metrics and tracking of metrics
◦ Responsible for all aspects of managing the process: setting up timelines, managing the system / process that collects feedback (Workday), coordinating with business partners across all offices, and putting together review materials using data collected
• Evolve our current performance management philosophy
◦ Revamp performance management process using latest thought pieces
◦ Incorporate best practices from other firms and industries
• Continue to develop, integrate and maintain the HCM software system (Workday)
◦ Responsible for maintaining module in Workday
◦ Work with vendor in further developing system
◦ Integral part of change management team
Specific Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HCM role, or demonstrated desire to transition from business / finance role to HCM
• Understands criteria per level that drives performance
◦ Needs to be able to drive performance by implementing relevant criteria and metrics
◦ Needs to understand how certain metrics/criteria manifest themselves in performance/behavior
• High level of execution
◦ Proactive – thinking ahead and anticipating issues
◦ Attention to detail
◦ High level of independent drive
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data and situations
• Strong technical skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint. Aptitude for analytics and reporting
• Excellent written and verbal skills, ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ultimate team player with roll-up-your-sleeves mentality and exceptional work ethic
