POSITION SUMMARY:
This position provides administrative and processing support to a team of account administrators in servicing Trust and/or Agency client accounts
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• Provides ongoing transaction processing for team accounts
• Assists in responding to inbound calls from clients and resolving inquires or requests related to their accounts
• Researches overdrafts and other transactions as needed. Research function is frequently related to client problem resolution
• Identifies opportunities to enhance client experience through independent identification of issues
• Supports departmental projects on an as-needed basis
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in a customer service or administrative support role in financial services
Preferred Qualifications:
• General knowledge of Trust and Agency business
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to support a team of individuals
• Ability to manage strong workloads and balance assignments
• Organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of trust systems, including SEI, Word, and Excel
