Job Description:
The Campus Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for overall support of the Campus Recruiting team, including data management, scheduling and logistics execution.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain campus recruiting calendar and online job postings for targeted campus websites
• Manage on-campus recruiting logistics, including schedule of information sessions, career fairs, interviews and other targeted events
• Coordinate candidate interviews and onsite visits, including scheduling phone screens and Super Days, confirming schedules with hiring managers, securing conference rooms and arranging travel
• Greet candidates and serve as company concierge throughout the interview process to ensure that each candidate has a hallmark interview experience
• Utilize web-based applicant tracking system to maintain candidate data and reporting
• Expense management for campus recruiting activities, including candidate travel, event fees etc.
• Assemble and ship supplies for campus events
• Support Campus Recruiting and Human Resources with data management and reporting on an ad hoc basis
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills; ability to interact with all levels of employees
• Aptitude to juggle multiple calendars at once, with adaptability and patience
• Detail oriented with a focus on quality results
• Ability to be self-guided and motivated, working to complete tasks thoroughly and requesting assistance if needed
• Desire to build knowledge of Campus Recruiting function and the Financial Services industry
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and data accuracy when handling candidate information
• Advanced experience with MS Outlook and Excel, and working proficiency with Word and PowerPoint
PREFERRED
• Past experience in Recruiting or Administrative Assistant capacity
• Knowledge of HR policies, laws and regulations; specific knowledge of nondiscrimination / affirmative action
• Experience with coordination and planning of events
• Experience using databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. WCN/Oleeo, Workday etc.)
