The Contract Manager (CM) is responsible for the development of a contracts library, managing intakes of agreements, reporting and analysis to ensure contingent worker agreements are reviewed, negotiated and coordinated with the CW Analyst. General contract managed inclusive of redlining/reviewing contracts & renewals. This role can manage people as well. The CM will meet Grant Thornton business needs by ensuring the SSPS team and our business partners are compliant with RRLA (Legal) requirements, authorizations, and reducing risk to the firm. Accountabilities include ensuring contracts repository is up to date, reviewing and redlining agreements, collaborating with Legal to ensure all templates/library are up to date, work within SSPS team to ensure contracts are being captured properly and reporting on contracts. A successful candidate will approach the role with great attention to detail, have a paralegal background, negotiation skills, and superb communication. The role will cover a wide variety of contracting types, from MSA, SOW, Schedules, Work Orders, Addendums, as well as commodities from Technology, to Temp Labor, Services, and support all business lines.
