Client Support Rep Lvl II
What does a great Client Support Representative, Lvl II do?

Do you consider yourself a team player?If so, this is a fantastic opportunity to utilize your client support expertise. Our team works collaboratively with other team members ensuring that the projects are completed with accuracy and in line with the client's requirements. Most of our clients are Fortune 500 in the insurance industry and projects consist of printing healthcare EOB’s, billing inserts, as well as other printed materials. As a team we manage thousands of electronic images daily and we are responsible for ensuring/testing/validating change control events, application releases, or patch releases when necessary to resolve client impacting issues. Accuracy and timeliness are necessary to meet our focus on excellence. As a Client Support Representative, you will handle cases requiring a variety of issues to resolve, from missing files to processing issues with retrieval logs to testing updates prior to release, therefore prior experience sorting and reading data from Excel and familiarity with XML will be helpful. Our team provides daily updates to the clients as it’s part of our dedications, at times critical issues occur so being able to effectively communicate will be necessary. High levels of organization are also helpful as we use a case tracking system, ServiceNow, to ensure tickets and cases handling and routing is led appropriately.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:
• At least 5 years of experience in Client/Customer service or related role
• Strong client relationship management experience
• The ability to understand and troubleshoot web services applications with regard to XML requests and responses
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:
• Familiarity with XML, HTML, Java, Tomcat or SQL
• Ability to multi-task and maintain an even-handed approach with clients and internal contacts, while working with continually changing tasks in a rapidly changing environment.
