Fitch Group is looking for a Marketing Campaigns Specialist to join its growing marketing team. This key role will work in concert with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing programs that build awareness and generate demand across Fitch’s brands, products, and services.
The ideal candidate will possess B2B Financial Services marketing experience and have a proven track record of implementing high-impact demand and lead generation programs. In addition, he/she will have demonstrated proficiency in Marketo or a similar marketing automation platform, is data-driven, customer-focused, and has an entrepreneurial spirit.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement targeted campaigns to drive awareness and generate leads across the Fitch Group businesses. Campaigns include product, newsletters, nurture, retention, cross-sell/upsell, webinars, events and social media.
• Analyze, monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, effectiveness, and business impact. Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders and business marketing teams to improve results.
• Continually optimize the performance of campaigns through A/B testing (messaging, CTAs, subject lines, templates, audience segments, etc.)
• Create compelling and convincing messaging that drive desired action(s). Coordinate with product marketing to align messaging with brand/global initiatives.
• Ensure implementation of campaign / Marketo best practices
• Manage creative and content assets including email templates, banners, logos, calls-to-action, and content used in our email sends.
• Work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
• Work closely with sales and BRM to ensure marketing & sales alignment
Desired Skills and Experience
• 3-5 years experience in campaign management, email marketing, or marketing operations role. B2B financial services experience a plus
• Proficient in Marketo or a comparable marketing automation platform
• Savvy user of essential social media platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube)
• Practical experience with Salesforce CRM a plus
• Demonstrated experience with demand generation and lead generation best practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required
