Facilities Management
• Helps support facility specific cost savings to target and contribute to the account achieving significant savings.
• Support requests associated with JLL Management, Operations, Financial and Audits.
• Assist Facilities Director with tactical planning for the Global Facilities Operations team goals and objectives
• Provides support for guests, visitors and employees at client locations
• Coordinates special events in support of JLL or client.
• May assist in resolving issues associates with all buildings, soft services including: janitorial, food service, garments, vehicle service, coffee service, parking, vending, badging, conference rooms, cubes as well as interior and exterior furnishing, fixtures and equipment.
• Provides support for meetings and conference room reservations.
• Assists Management and staff with operational reporting, budgeting, financial systems and purchasing if necessary.
• May provide facility specific assistance to the project management team as needed or requested.
• Acts as an interface with client, visitors, and guest. Acts collaborate to solve problems and resolve spontaneous and unique situations with professionalism and service orientation. Ensures delivery of committed services and overall satisfaction with client.
• Demonstrates leadership, responsiveness and creatively in finding solutions for service delivery.
• Reads and understands the applicable Service Level Agreements, helps achieve the Key Performance Indicators and scores favourably on the client satisfaction surveys.
• Seeks to continuously improve processes, systems and overall client satisfaction.
• Develop/maintain positive relationships with internal/external customers and facilities staff
• Perform additional job duties as requested.
Training Coordination
• Facilitate that all training templates are updated with every role within the organization.
• Vigilant and be proactive coordinating training courses to match staffing performance of 100% on time completion.
• Troubleshoot any training related issue with the training program manager, client training center, and JLL systems.

• A minimum Associates Degree in related Business Administration
• Minimum three years of relevant work experience
• Demonstrated strong organizational skills
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, both oral and written
• Proven record of excellent internal and external customer service
• Ability work in a fast-paced, demanding environment and the ability to master new skill sets quickly.
• Commitment to promote and support a collegial and supportive work environment for all staff.
• Excellent PC skills: proficiency in all MS applications
