Responsible for partnering with client and service providers to deliver a consistent Site Visit Experience (SVE). The CSC is responsible for managing the delivery of meeting coordination including: providing information, attending to client needs/requests, making recommendations and being accessible at all times during client visits. Also, proactively managing the reservation process for client and managed meeting space. In Additional responsibilities include Switchboard, Help Desk and Fax processing.
