Overview
• Invoice Management – Review and payment of service provider invoices, including attorneys, valuation vendors, property preservation vendors, etc. Invoices are submitted electronically and manually for payment.
• Property Preservation – Properties secured by delinquent loans are inspected and if found to be vacant, are preserved by the property preservation vendor(s).
• Credit Reporting – Loan status is reported on credit reports for all eligible PennyMac borrowers. Involves review and updating of account status codes, transmitting credit reporting data to the major credit repositories, reviewing exceptions, and reviewing reporting for accuracy.
• Foreclosure Reinstatements and Reconciliation – Borrower requests for reinstatement quotes are provided by the Shared Services team. When borrowers submit funds to reinstate their loans, those loans are reviewed to ensure accuracy of the reinstatement quote and how the funds were applied to the loan per the quote.
• The Supervisor will develop and implement policies, procedures, quality assurance/control routines, and operational routines to ensure compliance with investor, insurer, and internal requirements. The supervisor will also contribute to the development of business unit goals and action plans to anticipate and support the needs of a growth-oriented company.

• Provide regular updates to the Shared Services Manager by attending one-on-one meetings and maintaining open lines of communication
• Provide key metric data/results for various management reporting routines
• Develop required process infrastructure, policies, procedures, and operational routines
• Complete special assignments necessary to support dynamic business needs.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned
• Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
Ideal Candidate will have the following:
• Property preservation experience, including investor and insurer requirements, strongly preferred
• Previous management experience preferred
• Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word
• Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently
• Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, mathematical skills and sound judgment
• Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
• Strong business acumen and ability to interface with executive management
