Overview
Responsible for monitoring, measuring and reporting customer metrics across various web assets. Focuses on strategies to attract prospects, generate leads, and inform sales, and transforms data into clear presentations and explain the story behind the data. Responsible for audience targeting, segmentation and behavioral analysis as well as having hands-on experience developing test and learn plans that are data-driven as part of the marketing digital team.
Job Description
• Providing data analysis and strategic insights to help accelerate the sales growth and profitability of paid search, display, social and other digital marketing channels
• Address marketing effectiveness, attribution, ROI, optimization strategies, customer behavior and campaign effectiveness through data analysis
• Works closely with channel owners to understand their current business problems and develop reporting to better the business
• Responsible for utilizing multiple Business Intelligence tools to provide a holistic view of our customers
• Communicate successes and failures of digital campaigns to the team
• Manage, organize, and present KPI reporting across paid search, display, SEO, marketplaces, and other digital channels while delivering both regular and ad hoc reports
• Manipulate and mine data across multiple platforms to identify opportunities to scale marketing campaigns
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of landing pages, display banner, ad copy, and other creative assets
• Research and identify customer segments for targeted digital campaigns
• Implement and analyze A/B or Multivariate tests to provide in-depth insights
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned
• Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
Ideal Candidate will have the following:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
• Professional experience with a tag management solution such as GTM (google tag manager) and end to end web analytics implementation
• The ability to translate key performance indicators (KPI/Business Requirements) into implementation
• Experience implementing website optimization testing code (A/b, multivariate, personalization, etc.)
• Intermediate to advanced Javascript, HTML and CSS skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to find creative solutions to solve problems while staying within practice guidelines
• Exhibits a self-motivated, curious, creative demeanor and a passion about technology
• Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to explain technical information to a wide audience
