General Description and Essential Functions
Complete various day-to-day functions within the Treasury Management operations department.
• Complete online setups and maintenance for treasury management customers including Treasury Banking Suite, Positive Pay, ACH Positive Pay, Remote Deposit, Wires, various reporting options and/or ACH origination.
• Exercise discretion, strong interpersonal skills and independent judgment with respect to some of the most significant functions within the bank.
• Install and configure computer hardware and software for remote deposit installs, troubleshoot system problems, and solve technical issues.
• Understand and process multiple types of inquiries in a professional, fast-paced, and high traffic environment.
• Communicate with bank personnel and/or customers to guide them through a series of actions to troubleshhot and resolve complex issues with little or no supervision.
• Maintain or exceed established service level agreements and guidelines for quality resolution of service requests for Treasury Management customers.
• Participate in meetings and training seminars as required to stay current on laws or regulation changes
• Use experience and knowledge to train other employees as appropriate within the department
• Perform other job-related duties or special projects as assigned.
Qualifications/Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of banking experience.
• Proven capability to complete accurate data entry/transaction processing.
• Advanced computer skills.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with banking systems preferred.
• Leadership skills and capabilities.
