ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Operations management tasks associated with facilities services:
• Skilled craft work management and planning
• Site evaluation and reporting
• Client presentations
• Staffing plan and budget
• Capital planning and budget
• Critical Environment Management Gap Analysis
• Environmental review and adherence
• Sourcing and mentoring internal and external Lead Technical Persons
• Mitigating risk through application of the Firm’s operational practice
COST SAVING ANALYSIS
• Support of existing product
• Evaluate real estate operations
• Oversight for the development of long term capital plans, initiative and system operating strategies
CRITICAL ENVIRONMENT MANAGEMENT
• Establish best practices and continuous improvements
• Development and implementation of best in industry programs as it relates to operations
• Consultant to labor issues in the Union and non-union environment
• Interacts with external Professional Due Diligence efforts including oversight, evaluation and reporting
• Assures that properties optimize risk management, compliance and quality methodologies by the maintenance and deployment of the Firm’s Quality Assurance Program.
• Evaluate adequacy of compliance with regulatory agencies
• Provide assistance in determining adequate scoping support for projects
• Develop Best Practices that are benchmarked against industry practice.
• Provide corporate guidance relative to operational practice to reduce liability.
• Develop and maintain programs such as Team Safety, Occupant Safety, Regulatory Compliance and Emergency Preparedness.
