Job Description:
We are seeking a Production Analyst with 0-2 years of commercial real estate or financial analysis experience and/or education; Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac multifamily Production or Underwriting experience considered a plus. Excellent analytical skills/computer expertise is required. The Production Analyst's primary responsibility will be to provide analytical support for Production Management, as well as assist in refinance recapture and maturity management analysis. This is an excellent opportunity to be introduced to the management of the production efforts for one of the nation’s premier multifamily lenders, while providing the analytics to the business to help grow its volume and profitability. The chosen candidate will also have extensive exposure to the Closer underwriting/pipeline management systems, Customer Relationship Management Systems, proprietary transaction tracking system, and Midland/Enterprise Servicing systems. The position is located in Boston, MA
Essential Job Duties:
• Work closely with Production Management in both ongoing reporting, as well as in the development of analytical tools to enhance production volume and profitability
• Interface with Origination personnel and Production Management on portfolio refinance opportunities, while developing and maintaining reporting in connection with this effort
• Assist with the creation of Production related reports for management and Board use
• Responsible for Customer Relationship Management System maintenance, updates and improvements
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with origination, underwriting, accounting, business management, servicing and asset management
Skills, Education and Experience:
• B.S./B.A. degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Real Estate or other related fields preferred
• Highly developed analytical, research and written and oral presentation skills
• Ability to problem-solve and exercise independent judgment while displaying a high degree of initiative and accuracy
• Demonstrated ability to organize & prioritize projects; complete multiple tasks on schedule
• Ability to work productively under minimal supervision
• Must be proficient In Microsoft Office suite of applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to Microsoft Dynamics, North Shore and Closer Underwriting/Pipeline Management Systems, and/or Enterprise Software programs would be a plus
• Strong work ethic/pro-active team player able to work under sometimes time-sensitive conditions
• Able to travel a minimum of 0-10%
