Position Summary
The person in this role will provide monthly analysis of vendor accounts and identify areas for cost reductions or discrepancies.
Responsibilities Include:
• Mobile
◦ Prepare vendor account reconciliations for monthly review. Track, code, process, and analyze vendor Invoices, within corporate SLA guidelines.
◦ Analyze Verizon / AT&T bills for accuracy, and note exceptions and plan overages expenses for management team to address carriers, within 2 days of bill receipt
◦ Identify equipment charge details, and work with Mobile team to understand device request and basis for order
◦ Daily/weekly reconciliation of inventory management with Verizon orders placed.
• MPLS
◦ Prepare vendor account reconciliations for monthly review. Track, code, process, and analyze vendor Invoices, within corporate SLA guidelines.
◦ Analyze Verizon bills for accuracy, and note exceptions for management team to address
• Software
◦ Update Career Cost Center Software Detail Sheets with monthly SAP actuals, and assist in budgeting and re-forecasting of team software needs
• Hardware
◦ Update Career Cost Center Fixed Asset Register and Depreciation summaries monthly, and work with Hardware team to analyze inventory for accuracy
◦ Conduct annual audits/reviews of bill per business unit/user
What we are looking for
• Related Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• 1-2 years experience in accounting or financial analysis or a high level of interest in these areas.
• Strong technical skills in Office 365.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication, customer service, analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
