The Industry Marketing Manager is responsible for executing key marketing deliverables for the healthcare, life sciences and food and beverage industries.
What this job involves:
• Work with the Senior Marketing Manager of healthcare and life science to execute industry marketing plans for health care and life sciences.
• Work with Industry Marketing Director to execute food and beverage marketing plan.
• Email marketing- Execute email marketing campaigns in Eloqua. Includes building and maintaining a strong contact list in CRM and segmenting as appropriate, writing and creating email in Eloqua, working with digital team to establish appropriate landing pages, driving web traffic and measuring results.
• Digital Marketing – Manage, maintain and enhance health care, life sciences and food and beverage visibility on jll.com.
• CRM – Work within Microsoft Dynamics CRM365 to ensure industry segments are defined, maintained and leveraged effectively with digital marketing campaigns.
• Content Marketing – Work in collaboration with the industry marketing leads to create and distribute issues-driven content. Final deliverable includes white papers, videos, story-driven case studies, client testimonials, etc.
• Client and prospect events – Lead the execution of industry events – includes managing target attendees, creating email invite and landing page, securing venue and executing flawlessly.
• Internal communications- lead the development and creation of monthly health care and life science newsletters (created in Poppulo)
• Creative – Oversee health care, life sciences and food and beverage creative needs leveraging JLL internal design services ensuring that all activities adhere to JLL brand guidelines.
• Project Management - Take ownership of executing marketing plans while working with digital, PR and design colleagues to execute.
• Alignment - Work as part of industry marketing team to ensure that all marketing activities are aligned with broader marketing efforts happening across the firm.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Journalism.
• 5+ years of marketing experience.
• Outstanding project management skills
• Strong email marketing experience
• Working knowledge of Adobe creative suite
• Proficient at PowerPoint, MS Word and Excel
• Proven content marketing experience
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Understanding of and commitment to client service
• Eloqua experience preferred
• Microsoft Dynamics or/CRM experience preferred
• Experience in health care of life science industries preferred
