JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the development, set-up and execution of the Banc of California, N.A. (“the Bank”) multi-channel marketing efforts, in collaboration with the Director, Brand Marketing. Manages day-to-day internal client relations, collateral development and project management for all assigned divisions. Performs all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Work cross-functionally within the Marketing Team and in tandem with Director, Brand Marketing to develop, track and execute division-specific strategies and marketing initiatives.
2. Meet regularly with internal assigned clients and relationship managers to assist in the development of collateral for the web, social media and print products.
3. Develop project charters, creative briefs and summaries to guide marketing teams and vendors, and ensures that content is effectively communicated in sales and marketing tools, including web, social media, product collateral, presentations, and campaigns.
4. Engage with team members regularly to ensure agreement and efficacy of key campaign priorities, adjusting as-needed due to changing marketing conditions and emerging opportunities.
5. Execute assigned projects and initiatives, managing processes within the team to ensure smooth work flow and timely completion.
6. Develop and present analytics/KPI reports for all campaigns.
7. Manage day-to-day relationships with external vendors.
8. Support the Director, Brand Marketing on all assigned strategic branding, marketing and corporate communications initiatives.
9. Work proactively with team members to identify marketing solutions and opportunities

• Demonstrates knowledge of, adherence to, monitoring and responsibility for compliance with state and federal regulations and laws as they pertain to this position including but not limited to the following: Regulation Z (Truth in Lending Act), Regulation B (Equal Credit Opportunity Act), Fair Housing Act (FHA), Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) in conjunction with the USA PATRIOT Act, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Customer Information Program (CIP), Right to Financial Privacy Act (RFPA, state and federal) and Community Reinvestment Act (CRA)
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR LICENSES:
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or University and a minimum of 4 years’ experience in marketing project management, with equivalent or greater responsibilities
• Experience working with financial services, bank and/or residential lending organizations, or marketing agency with such financial services clients preferred.
• Demonstrated success in project managing multiple marketing campaigns across multiple marketing channels
• Client and vendor management experience preferred
