What You Need To Know
• Processes payroll and maintains payroll information
• Completes data entry for all time and attendance and personnel transactions such as new hire, termination, leave of absence, benefits deductions, etc.
• Prepares and maintains related payroll records and reports
• Calculates commission and bonus pay for sales staff
What We Are Looking For
• 3+ years of payroll processing experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software
• Understanding and working knowledge of payroll software and AMB mortgage accounting software
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrates integrity, strong character, and a strong commitment to the mission and values of the organization
Even Better
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Experience with Ultipro
